Looking For A Reliable House Manager/ Personal Assistant

Young couple in downtown West Palm Beach looking for a house manager / personal assistant for light house keeping. I keep my house immaculately clean so it really would just be dusting, bathroom cleaning. The biggest thing I want help with is laundry, my last assistant told me she didn't do ironing. Very rarely run errands like picking up dry cleaning, checking mail, opening packages. You will have access to our pool and gym. I'd love someone who speaks Spanish as I'm attempting (very poorly) to learn Spanish. Looking for someone who can do at least 10 hours per week some weeks it might be more, I'm extremely flexible with hours. We have a very friendly, well trained Boston terrier, he is small and super cute so you must be comfortable with dogs. The ideal candidate will be someone who can feel at home with us and not just an employee.
