3242 sq feet. The first clean will need to be a deeeep cleaning. My mother (now 73) lived with me for a while and then we moved in to her bigger house. She had a LOT of items and it wasn't maintained/cleaned. I recently cleaned out the majority and now we need to begin regular maintenance with a professional. I work a LOT of hours (here at home) and my mother isn't able to do as much anymore. I am open to as much help as is available.
