We have a 1953 MidCentury modern ranch house. Most of the flooring is wood but two of the bedrooms are the original terrazzo. Only two in the house and NO PETS. There are a few area rugs that are antique and need to be vacuumed carefully. We might have the windows cleaned once ( or twice). We are here every year for 3 1/2 months. January- February - March and part of April.
