Hello, I have a rental that rents for 5+ nights at a time. I would like to find someone who understands that I cannot commit to a specific day every week. Sometimes Ill need help 2x a week, sometimes 2x a month, and the days would vary depending on when it vacates. I'd need linens and towels washed and replaced, mirrors, toilets, showers, and sinks touched up, Hard floors vacuumed, kitchen counter/stove/table/ microwave wiped, fridge emptied/wiped as necessary. Vacationers usually don't spend much time in the home or cook, so it generally doesn't take elbow-grease, just disinfecting. Best part its only 800sq ft. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. and check-in is 2:30pm, so there's a little wiggle room as it usually takes 2-2. 5 hours to flip. I am happy to pay $75 per clean. 2 more open this summer & need someone established to help with all 3. ;)
