Kitchen, wipe down the outside of the refrigerator. Same with stove. Both are brand new. Wipe down the freezer. If there are dishes, you can wash them. Wipe down the counter top. Mostly, it will be the the bathroom. Sweeping and mopping and light dusting will be what matters the most.
