I have a very small 600 square-foot apartment with one bedroom and one bath in South Tampa. I live here alone with no pets so it should not be overly complex. My main areas of concern are the kitchen and the one bathroom and the floors. I plan to start out on a monthly basis, but that could go to twice a month down the road.
