Looking For Help With Packing And Moving For A Remodel After Hurricane Milton

I need help with packing and moving my apartment 1 room at a time so the landlord can do repairs inside after Hurricane Milton damaged my apartment, I have a spinal injury that prevents me from bending and heavy lifting and I have an autistic adult daughter. My husband thinks we can do the packing and moving ourselves. But I know I need help there is just too much to go through. We need help getting rid of a lot of stuff that is not needed anymore before we store anything for the repair and remodel work to get done. I am planning on getting a storage unit. And plan to rent a truck to move stuff. I just need help packing and carrying it to the truck.
