We are seeking a proactive housekeeper for a Sanford home. Responsibilities include: Cleaning: Bathroom, kitchen, and general room cleaning; oven, refrigerator, and cabinet cleaning; window washing. Laundry: Washing, folding, and putting away laundry; changing bed linens. Organization: Tidying and offering suggestions for decluttering and organization beyond standard cleaning. Other Tasks: Vacuuming, mopping, wall washing, and dusting. Family with two kids (50% of the time), one dog, and one cat. Flexible hours, approximately 3-4 hours per visit, twice a week.
