What we are looking for is someone or a team once a week to change sheets, throw away any trash and leave it outside, do the dishes, run the dishwasher dusting, clean the outside patio, and sliding glass doors, clean the floors really well we have hired people and paid really well for them to do a half hearted job on the floor we have whiteish tile, once a month clean the fridge
