Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and dependable house cleaning contractors to support our residential cleaning operations in Orlando and surrounding municipalities! You can fill your schedule to the brim or nab a couple jobs per week! Competitive Compensation: We operate on a commission based structure, average rates for our top-performing cleaners Well ABOVE the industry standard top limit of $20 per hour. We begin commissions no lower than 45% of total job value, up to 55%. On top of your base commission, there are additional commission opportunities, bonuses, and customer tips (Cleaners retain 100% of customer tips) Weekly Payments: No need to wait for a month-end paycheck, or even every two weeks. Qualifications: To succeed in this role... Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, nanny services, or care homes, preferably for at least six months. Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. Tools and supplies to complete the work Strong verbal communication skills (English, high-level) Willingness to undergo a background check.
