I am in an rental near old town. I need someone to mop the floor and clean the kitchen (including microwave and oven and fridge), and bath, and dust/clean tables and surfaces. Its a studio apt, only 300 st ft. Depending on price it could be an bi weekly or monthly cleaning. Its on the 3rd floor but the elevator is very close to the apartment. I assume you are insured and bonded?
