We are seeking a reliable janitorial contractor to provide cleaning services twice per week at a secure home in Tequesta, Florida. The scope of work includes Duties & Responsibilities: Empty 14 trash cans Sanitize all surfaces Sweep and mop floors (twice per week) Vacuum floors once (every other week) Clean and maintain two bathrooms/shower rooms Restock soap, toilet paper, and paper towels Additional Details: No deep cleaning required Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided on-site Must be able to pass a background check due to the secure nature of the bulding Seeking a flat monthly rate for services If interested, please submit your pricing proposal and any relevant experience.
