Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Gainesville.

My Ft Clarke Forest home needs a house cleaner once every few weeks. I travel some so we might have to flex on the schedule if possible. I live alone with no pets. The house is bright and open, not cluttered. I need help with the following: Bathroom Cleaning Vacuuming and mopping (lots of ceramic tile) Dusting - baseboards, window sills, horizontal surfaces ( I don't have a lot of Knick-knacks.) Window Washing (fall and spring) tho this is optional as I can hire a window service if you prefer. Also would like to have front entry, garage floor, and back screen porch vacuumed, swept, or blown off. I have a great cordless blower. I'd like to choose products. We can discuss. I like ammonia used on the tile floors, and no scented products. I have a powerful Delta vacuum, brooms, mops, gloves, etc. for you to use if acceptable to you.
