Occasional Deep Cleaning - Help Needed

Hi there - I work from home and in my free time I stay busy with my three kids. My 2-year-old is always under me and I'd like some help with cleaning about once a month or every other month. I keep a tidy house for the most part, but dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and "wiping down" is something I rarely get to. If someone could come in and help me get caught up (without judgement of the current yuck) and come in monthly or so it would be a big help. I may need occasional organization help if interested as well - with a few cabinets and closets. The work work have to be week day work. I work from home, but would be out of your way. Kids are in school and day care during that time. I have one dog, but she is outside most of the time and doesn't contribute to the dirt too bad. Thank you for your time!
