Bi-weekly Housekeeping Service Needed

Our home is single story, 3000 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms have carpet, the rest is LVP. We would like bi-weekly house keeping service to include: full clean and sanitizing of bathrooms, dust all flat surfaces throughout the living areas and master bedroom, clean and sanitize the kitchen counters and dining tables, vacuum and mop floors throughout the home. We are open to the possibility of changing the bed linens for the master bedroom with the option to change the linens in the other rooms as needed. We would love to establish a long-term house keeper with excellent references. We had our last one for 4 years. It only ended because she took a full time position elsewhere. Our ideal candidate would be punctual and attentive to detail. We have ample parking at our residence. We currently have a geriatric Basset Hound that will sniff you when you first come in and then go back to his bed to sleep. He may choose to sleep in the middle of whichever room you are cleaning, in which case you will have to shoo him away when you do the floors. Please take care not to trip over him because he likes to impersonate a speed bump.
