LIVE-IN or LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER: Seeking a housekeeper experienced in maintaining large homes and skilled with small children for a 6, 200 sq. ft. home. Must be legal to work in the U. S. Responsibilities include assisting with a 3-year-old during travel or date nights and school pickup/drop-offs for all children. Older children are independent. All children (3, 11, and 15) attend school full-time. REQUIREMENTS: Reliable & punctual Valid passport for travel Available for weekly date nights Valid driver's license Reliable transportation (2025 mileage reimbursement: $0. 70/mile) Pre-employment background & credit check Confident swimmer HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES: Bathroom, kitchen cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, window cleaning, organization, changing bed linens, refrigerator and cabinet cleaning, wall/base wiping, etc.
