Searching for a great house cleaner for townhouse. (4) bedroom, (2. 5) bathroom, 2 floors (no basement or attic needed), about 1200 sqft. Looking for weekly cleaning, including bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming/moping and dusting all rooms, trash takeout, and any other standard cleaning. Would like to discuss bed linen changes, laundry folding, and clutter cleanup. Would like weekly cleaning, preferably on Tuesdays, but that is flexible. A deep clean may be necessary for the first clean. Cleaning materials and equipment can be provided. Homeowner will be present during cleaning, along with a cat (older and friendly). There will be some specific instructions for certain areas (e. g. cleaning certain fixtures, top of refrigerator, in between washer/dryer, etc.) that would like to also be discussed.
