Looking For Regular Cleaner/Organizer/Declutterer For Family Living In Bear.

Looking for an individual who loves to organize interested in regular scheduled work to help me declutter home and then have regular housecleaning and upkeep. 1700 sf home 3 bed, 2. 5 bath. living room, kitchen, and dining/family/computer area. Have 2 small dogs and a toddler. Initially, primary focus will be help to declutter as house just has too much stuff and we don't really need it all. Parse through boxes and clear counters, separating into categories, and then work with homeowner to either box up for goodwill or for the attic. Then shift focus to regularly scheduled cleanings including: Bathroom Cleaning, Vacuuming and/or mopping, Kitchen Cleaning, Dusting, Laundry, General Room Cleaning. Occasionally may need Changing bed linens, Cabinet Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, and interior Window Washing. Hours and timing totally negotiable.
