Cleaning Lady For CapHill Apt

Seeking recurring cleaning services for my small apartment (2 bed, 1 bath). Ideally, would like cleaning service every two weeks now through end of March, after which it would be less frequent (every three weeks or monthly). One apartment on second floor of a small-building co-op. 1900s built house which requires a lot of dusting and wood cleaning including hardwood flooring. Rectangular layout with two large bedrooms, rugs covering much of the floor, and long hallway and galley kitchen. Deep clean of kitchen and bathroom each time. Cleaning of items such as windows and fridge expected monthly but not bi-weekly. Rug cleaning, windows, properly cleaning hardwood floors, mopping kitchen, bathroom tiles, and more. Experience cleaning historic homes and older built units who have unit needs in terms of dust, dirt, etc. Housekeeper must also be comfortable cleaning and working around vintage and fragile furniture. No pets
