One person, cat, and dog live in the house. All are friendly. Home has 4 floors (basement, living room / kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and attic area). Home is 2200 sq feet. Id like to set up an every-other-week schedule. Looking for someone to: - vacuum and mop all areas, including under small rugs - clean and replace linens for 1-2 beds each week (includes 1-2 loads of laundry house has 2 laundry machines) - dust/wipe down surfaces, appliances inc. stovetop, inside of fridge and microwave, - wipe down / sanitize kitchen, bathrooms - clean and scrub showers and tubs - wash and replace rugs in bathrooms - disinfect toilets (bowl, seat, sides, flusher) - take out trash - clean mirrors - vacuum sofas and chairs The basement and attic do not get much use, so those do not need to be done each visit.
