My sister had a stroke a few years ago-- while she can do most everything on her own, she now struggles to keep her apartment organized. I am looking for someone to check in with her every 2 weeks (3-4 hours per visit) and help her organize and throw things away. We would be happy to offer $35 per hour (and cover parking if needed). For now the most important things would be making sure she has help organizing her bags, papers, making sure the kitchen and bathroom is organized (perhaps even helping her with dishes if possible). She lives in a small apartment in Chinatown DC. She has hoarding tendencies, and last year I helped her organize her bathroom, kitchen, and desk, so I want to make sure things stay in good shape, and that there's someone to check in.
