Looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our lives, keep our house organized and spotless, cook meals, do laundry, shop, run errands, and complete maintenance tasks, like touching up a wall. You'll treat our home as though it is your own. You take initiative, establish order and routine, and communicate to make our lives run smoothly. Your references will tell us you rarely (if ever) missed work! You are polite, unobtrusive, and you don't mind one or both homeowners being around the house (we work from home). You are looking for long-term employment; you like the idea of working with a family for 5+ years. You understand realities (and mild chaos) of parenting and will not be put off by a mess made by children. You can cook! You know how to balance a family meal. You'll proactively share a menu each week.
