Family of 5 needs about 5 or 6 hours a day, ~3 days a week. We are flexible as the school year starts, then we will be consistent. 15-20 hours for the right person. All housekeeping including deep cleaning and projects as needed like oven, garage, walls, carpet, outdoor areas. Proactive organizing and tidying. Sees what needs to be done and does it. Adult laundry. Au pair does kids. Neatly put away and organize, occasional iron. Some childcare. Our au pair does most of this but when kids have conflicting activities we often need a driver or someone to watch a kid, not at the same time as cleaning. Our car or yours. Not housekeeping and kids same time. Meal prep is ideal. Occasional errands. Dog walking and errands. Must have references. You can check ours too! Clean record.
