Transportation Not RequiredThe house in on two levels plus a basement. Basement just needs broom sweep. There will not be furniture in the house other than one bedroom which has a bed and a few items in it It just needs floors vacuumed. There will also be a breakfast table and chairs four bar stools and a few heaters. No carpeting anywhere in the home. Fridge needs cleaning but will be empty. Two people live in the home so no children and only one small neat freak dog. Prefer time on July 5 to be after 11 in the morning. There are two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
