I am seeking an honest, experienced housekeeper to maintain a pristine, one-bedroom modern condo. My 10+yrs housekeeper is moving & my residence is described as impeccably maintained, & meticulously organized; I am a perfectionist. Good English-communication skills & dog friendly. Responsibilities include all aspects of cleaning/upkeep, dusting w/paper towels, crystal cleaning, vacuuming, washing wood floors, baseboards, kitchen & bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, & hardware, lighting fixtures, changing bed linens, etc. Pick up mail/packages from concierge, comfortable walking dog if need be & occasional errand. Every week Thursday or Friday at 9:00 a.m. , you may assess time needed to maintain residence at standard. Hourly compensation+ bonus. Preferred 5+years specific to cleaning, resume & references.
