Two adults in a small first floor apartment under 1000 sq ft. We have all hard wood floors or tile with area rugs. There are two smallish bedrooms, one small office, the living room, bathroom, and the kitchen. We primarily need dusting, vacuuming, and surface cleaning. We live on a very quiet street with parking directly in front of the house. We will typically be out of the house on cleaning days, but always reachable by phone.
