It is a tiny home under 500 square feet. We do not rent it out but we let friends and family use throughout the year. Mostly from April - November. It is likely that we need about 4-8 cleanings per year and I suspect its about 1-2 hours to do a good job. It is at least vacant 50% of the time so lots of flexibility on the cleaning. We would love to hire someone that is interested in doing it for a while. Our washer and dryer does not work great so would also be interested in figuring out a good process to change and wash linens. We have purchased multiples but still have to wash the old ones.
