Looking for weekly cleaning for my father's basement apartment. He lives with me and has a separate suite downstairs. It is about 800 sq. feet and contains one bedroom, one bathroom, living area and kitchenette. Our current housekeeper is moving at the end of the month. It takes two hours per week and we pay $30/hr. We would like the cleaning done weekly on a M/W/ or F between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. He's a minimalist, so not much clutter to deal with and he's pretty tidy. Mainly bathroom, vacuum, dusting, and occasionally check fridge. Also put clean sheets on the bed and start the old ones. He has a washer/dryer in his space. Most important to us is someone who is reliable and long term. Our current housekeeper has been with us over a year and is moving out of state. We would like to have someone start the first week of March.
