House Cleaning For Growing Family (1yr Old And Another On The Way)

Split level home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and one down at basement level. Most of the bedrooms would be very lightly used and probably just need vacuuming and dusting. Kitchen and bathrooms would be highest priority. We have a 1-year-old daughter and another on the way. We're pretty good about picking up the toys. Every other week. Full bathroom cleaning for 2-3 of the bathrooms, including spraying down the shower and tubs that we use (only two of the bathrooms). Kitchen would be primary focus, wiping down counters, spot wipe down cabinets, wipe down inside of fridge occasionally. Same with microwave. Vaccine and Swiffer the whole home. We can provide equipment and supplies, but open to you using your things too. If it works out, we may be open to adding laundry and bedding. We also would like occasional help with irregular cleanings like windows, ceiling fans, wash walls and baseboards etc. Maybe once every other month for something like that. Ideally that would be baked into the rate but we can discuss. Mainly looking for someone who is reliable. We don't want to spend time coordinating schedules, so picking a routine and sticking to it is important to us. It would also be nice for you to bring things to our attention and propose if you think something you noticed coudk be addressed. Also, if you're interested in meal prep, we could arrange to include that for additional rate. We have parking in a driveway and plenty of street parking We have one french bulldog. Very friendly, hates the vaccuum. We would put him away while you're here.
