I'm looking to hire part-time help for my cleaning business (up to 35hrs per week). I have a 5-star rating on Google because I have a reputation of being trustworthy, reliable, and consistently thorough. I am looking for those qualities in a cleaning technician. High quality service is very important to me. I also need someone who is personable and kind, because a positive relationship with the clients is imperative. Having your own transportation & passing a background check are required. References are a bonus. No equipment required. No cold-cleans, as you'll always be working with a team member who is familiar with the clients' homes. The schedule runs weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (hours vary). Most jobs are located between Austin Bluffs Parkway and 105 (Briargate to Monument, Rockrimmon to Falcon). Pay starts at $20/hour plus tips and travel time in-between houses during training. $25 to $30/hour based on performance. Paid daily as a 1099NEC subcontractor.
