Small townhome with a main floor and a finished basement. The most helpful would be laundry (maybe even just folding), dishes, and general cleaning and upkeep. Plenty of parking. Nearest public transportation to our neighborhood are bus stops. We have a very friendly goldendoodle. He can be kept out of the way easily.
