Basement has a bed room and bath , TV room for quests, only need attention 4 times a year. house has hard wood floors, Tile in kitchen and baths , carpet in bedrooms. no pets, no smoking no kids. we keep home up kept and never filthy, clutter free , always picked up. we are very clean.
