Two story. Second floor has bath, two bedrooms, and a loft. Second floor is only used if we have visitors so does not need a lot of care. Bedrooms are hard floors and loft is carpeted First floor has small office, 1/2 bath, living room and dining room area. Kitchen with family room and master bedroom with bath. Most of first floor is wood. Two adult seniors. Looking for once a month cleaning (4 hours) may also consider second 2 hour interim cleaning
