Recurring Housekeeper For Small Rental

Recurring housekeeping position available for a small condo rental. Workdays vary based on occupancy yet generally provided to you many days, even weeks in advance. 2BR, 2BA about 1, 000sf with laminate flooring. Duties shall include changing/laundering linens and towels, dishes, fridge, trash and general deep cleaning and sanitizing after each guest checkout. Hours from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with 2 p.m. being the latest. Expect about 6 cleanings per month. This is a recurring position.
