The apartment is on the ground floor of a gated senior complex. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Daily cleaning, making the bed, laundry, changing the bed on Friday. Do grocery shopping and cooking. Take the trash out and help put medicines together for the week. Looking for someone who is English speaking with a reliable car who is comfortable cooking and cleaning for a diabetic person and taking to doctors appointments. Parking is in the street and public transit is only a few blocks away. The person hired will need to have a reliable car to be able to transport to and from grocery stores and doctors appointments. There are two parakeets in the apartment that require food and water with cage cleaning. Finally, the person hired should be an IHSS provider who will be paid through IHSS only.
