Hi there! We live in a new home and need standard housekeeping duties and laundry service twice a month. Twice monthly cleaning would include dusting, washing floors (all are laminate), cleaning bathrooms, deep cleaning the kitchen, and doing 3 loads of laundry. Periodic tasks that might be monthly or every other month would include cleaning area rugs, sofa, and windows.
