Part Time Housekeeping For San Francisco Family

PLEASE NOTE - This is an over-the-table (taxed) part-time, hourly cleaning & housekeeping role for one person (not a team). Regular cleaning (baths, toilets, kitchen) is not required. Job is mostly laundry and deep cleaning tasks. 8 hrs/wk. Which days/hrs is flexible. 1 full day or 2 half days are both OK. U. S. work authorization required. Weekly Tasks (~ 4 hrs/wk) - change and launder bed sheets - restock soap, papers - vacuum/leaf blow exterior entry, deck - water 2 trees Deep Cleaning & Other ~Monthly Tasks on Rotation (~4 hrs /wk) - Clean fridge, oven, vent - Deep clean high shelves, stairs, sills, doorframes - Vacuum under rugs, sofas, large furniture - mow small lawn - vacuum car - wash windows (from ground) Additional hours may be available by mutual agreement - occasional errands - party prep/clean up
