Looking For A Daily Housekeeper + Mother's Helper For Family In San Francisco

My wife and I are dual-working and have two girls, ages 6 and 4. We are in need of daily help for general household organization, including making beds, cleaning up the kitchen, laundry, and tidying. This is not intended to be thorough daily cleaning, instead more organization and upkeep. Every morning we rush to get out the door to school and we would like someone to come daily or multiple times a week to clean up the kitchen, organize rooms, make beds, etc. We would also like for someone to do laundry and change sheets weekly. We are flexible on exact time of day, though our ideal would be Monday through Thursday, two hours a day, roughly 9-11a or 10-Noon. This will only make sense for someone living in San Francisco, somewhat close Pay expected to be competitive.
