Condo in pacific beach: 1, 000 square feet; no carpet or rugs; no pets; 1 person will be living there. I will do my own laundry but would like you to put the clean linens on the bed. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath but I live alone. First floor unit. Want ongoing service long term twice a month. Also, an in process of renovation of unit which should be completed December 1. After contractor cleans, I want someone to mop the floors/ Re clean and wipe out cabinets and drawers and shelves. The unit will be empty for this initial cleaning except for 1 bed and a kitchen table. Cabinets and shelves will be empty and just installed. Morning or afternoon ok; no preference for the day.
