We have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo on the first floor. The main living areas are carpet while the hallways, kitchen, and bathroom are laminate. We need someone who can come every other week to vacuum/mop the common areas and clean the surfaces in the bathroom and kitchen (counters, sinks, stove, shower, etc). We may ask for additional help with 1 off tasks occasionally such as deep cleaning the refrigerator. You will not be responsible for laundry, dishes, or yard cleaning. It's is gated community with plenty of parking. We have one pet in the home who is very quiet and friendly. She is an older boxer mix and will be kept out of your way while you are here.
