Bi-Weekly Whole House Service Needed

3 bdrm/office/2 full ba/large great room open to the kitchen. Looking for biweekly service for the LVP floors (Great room/entry/hallway) &carpet floors (bedrooms) base boards, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, windows (shutters on all windows), multi-slider cleaning as needed, wall cleaning as needed. Looking for someone who has experience & knowledge for products & cleaning surfaces. What is safe & what can damage, etc. someone who has an eye for detail & enjoys the beautiful essence of a clean space. If you have your own equipment/products preferred but I do have vacuum, spray mop, duster in the home. Yes parking. Access to public transit may be limited due to new community male dachshund, 6years old. Will bark upon entry but does not bite and is friendly and loving once familiar with you.
