About the job
We are a busy family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) who recently bought a new home in Lake Wildwood, and we need help maintaining all the usual housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. Occasional nanny/childcare needs might come up here and there, but isn't our primary need. We want to form a regular and longstanding relationship with a housekeeper, can accommodate some schedule flexibility, and expect both ourselves and the housekeeper to learn how best to work together as we go. We intend to pay well, of course will pay for travel time for errands, and intend to provide a reasonable number of paid sick/vacation days.
