Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Palos Verdes Peninsula

Looking for housekeeper who can come to our home weekly for cleaning and helping maintain house with two children. We have no pets, just two small children. I use mostly organic "green" products. There is a rotation of cleaning needs sometimes floors need serious washing, sometimes the interior windows need to be washed etc. Preferred for this person to charge a flat hourly rate. May ask for more frequent cleaning if we host a dinner party or event.
