THIS IS NOT A HEAVY JOB. Less than 2 hours. It is not a two person job, unless you are willing to split the payment - in which case, this job will take less than an hour. Cleaning is for small standard bathroom, with dual sinks, toilet and tub. There is also a small bedroom, that needs a few items cleaned, for a new tenant. Aside from these items, the room is empty. The items are the small refrigerator and microwave, the glass on the closet door and a wipe down of the exterior and interior of the dresser. These items are in practically new condition, so there is not a lot of build up, I just need them wiped down, for the next tenant.
