About the job
I am seeking weekly house cleaning for my small 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The home is 1600 sq ft including the garage, which does not need to be cleaned. The job involves typical house cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, wiping surfaces, etc. It also includes changing, laundering and folding towel and linens, as well as folding some clean clothing. We have one sweet and well-behaved dog. I prefer to work with an individual who can get to know my family's personal preferences; I am not interested in a service with rotating staff. Excellent English proficiency is required so that I can communicate any changing needs.
