Cleaner Needed With Flexible Schedule For Short Term Rental Turnover

Hello! We are looking for a cleaner to turn over our studio apartments in Downtown Los Angeles. The studio apartments range from 600-800 sq feet, and take between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean depending on condition. Cleanings are typically between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 PM, as our guests check out at 10:00 a.m. and they check in at 4:00 p.m. We supply all cleaning supplies and cleaning tools, you would not need to bring any of your own materials. -Strip dirty linens from bed, replace with clean linens (we have several sets, you won't need to do laundry often) -Wipe down counters and surfaces -Refill things like soap containers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc -Vacuum and mop floor We prefer someone with short term rental cleaning experience and a flexible schedule!
