We just moved to the Los Altos and are looking for a long term housekeeper / mother's helper who can be with us for years to come. We have a 3-year-old, 18-month-old, and a baby due in May. Mom is SAHM with 10 hrs / week consulting. Main role will be housekeeping/cleaning with some childcare in the first few months of newborn period. We have a weekly cleaning crew as well. The job is: * 25 hours a week * Roughly M-Th from 7am-12 p.m. with one night a weekend from 6pm-11 p.m. * 7 paid federal holidays and 3 weeks PTO * Must be fully on payroll/W2 **Duties include** * Daily housekeeping (dishes, take out trash, tidy rooms) * Deeper cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, change bed linens) * Meal prep (kids meals, prepping dinner) * Laundry for whole family
