Looking For A Dependable Laundry/cook 2x A Week

I'm looking for someone to come to our house twice a week to wash and fold laundry and cook dinner. we already have a housekeeper that comes every two weeks. so, we don't need the entire house cleaned. If timing permits while laundry is being done, could make two dinners. I'm open to person shopping for dinner themselves, or I purchase ingredients and provide meal prep directions. My wife and I both work and we have 3 kids that are all busy with weeknight sports practices and games. We like all types of food and can discuss that in more detail the farther down the road we get.
