This is a short term vacation rental, so cleaning will not be on a consistent recurring basis. Should you choose to partner with us, we would provide you with our rental calendar as dates are added or canceled for your own planning purposes. We prefer to pay a flat rate of $150-175 (negotiable). Cleanings typically take around 4-5 hours, sometimes less, sometimes more depending on how the guests who have stayed leave it. Five hours is the time slot allotted on back-to-back stays.
