I'm a single mom with two kids (teen and tween) living in an 1100 sq ft 1 bed/1ba condo. There are stairs to the main living area, and stairs to the loft (loft would typically be excluded from cleaning). I tidy regularly but it's often a cursory wipe- down. Once per month to start I would like someone to come in to clean the bathroom, vacuum and wash floors, clean baseboards, and clean the kitchen appliances (exterior). On occasion, I will schedule a deeper cleaning for things like shampooing stairs, washing windows, cleaning inside the oven and fridge, etc. We do have a friendly, lazy-yet-nosy dog who can be crated while you're here. I have fragrance allergies so I will provide cleaning supplies and tools. I've never had the privilege of employing a house cleaner and am excited to start a long-term working relationship with you!
